At Ölend, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new bag isn't the perfect fit for your adventures, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and include the printed return authorization slip inside.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
